“I bring lived experience as a parent of neurodiverse children myself, so I know first-hand the importance of balancing care for your child with your own wellbeing.”

Helping you support your child’s unique needs

Parenting a neurodiverse child can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting, especially when faced with challenges in school, emotional regulation, or mealtimes.

As a parent coach, I work with you to:

  • Understand your child’s neurodivergent profile (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, or combinations)

  • Build practical tools for managing daily challenges and reducing family stress

  • Support your child with issues around food, eating, and emotional wellbeing through a neurodiversity-affirming lens

  • Navigate the UK Special Educational Needs (SEN) system, from EHCPs to mainstream school support, helping you feel empowered to advocate for your child

This is a safe, non-judgemental space to share your concerns and get evidence-based strategies that fit your family, not generic advice that leaves you feeling unheard.

Why work with me?

With over a decade of experience as a specialist teacher, I’ve supported countless neurodiverse children and their families to thrive both at home and in education.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Neurodiversity from NEDDE, allowing me to offer insight and tools for families navigating eating challenges alongside ADHD, autism, and other conditions.

  • Building confidence to advocate for your child in school and with professionals

  • Developing calmer routines and tools for emotional regulation at home

  • Guidance on supporting eating challenges in a gentle, neurodiversity-informed way

Parent coaching is available:

  • Online or in-person in Wimbledon, London

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Together, we can make family life feel more manageable and more joyful.
