About Hania Felt
Hi, I’m Hania
I’m a specialist SEN teacher, ADHD coach, parent coach, and neurodiversity advocate. But first and foremost, I’m a mother and like many of the parents I work with, I’ve been on my own journey of understanding what it means to raise neurodiverse children in a world that doesn’t always see or support them.
I’ve also had my own recent diagnosis of ADHD so have lived experience of the challenges that it can bring. Getting my ADHD diagnosis is empowering and made me realise that It’s not too late to understand and work with the way my brain functions.
My Story
For years, I worked as a teacher in mainstream education. I loved helping children learn, but I couldn’t ignore how many bright, creative children were falling through the cracks, struggling with rigid systems that did not work with their learning style nor support their individual needs. I left classroom teaching to work as a Learning Support teacher and SEN Coordinator, where I began to train extensively in dyscalculia, dyslexia and ADHD.
I have had the privilege of teaching hundreds of neurodivergent students along the way who have taught me so much about true strength and resilience. I wanted to create an environment outside of the school gates where I could support these amazing students to reach their goals and realise their talents in a non-competitive, supportive and safe place, welcoming every individual to learn, grow and shine.
My passion continued to grow when I became a mother. Family life became a crash course in learning how to navigate the emotions, school systems, and daily challenges that ADHD and executive function difficulties bring.
Having seen my own children go through the education system, including university, I am well equipped to help students and parents navigate the complex system through every turning point and transition, drawing upon both personal and professional experience.
This isn’t just my work.
It’s my life.
Why I Do What I Do
After almost two decades working in education, I created my practice in 2021 to give children and families what I wish we’d had in those early years:
A safe, non-judgemental space where difference is celebrated, not “fixed.”
Practical tools and strategies that meet each child where they are.
Emotional support for parents who are tired of feeling like they’re failing or fighting the system alone.
I believe every neurodiverse brain is wired for brilliance in its own way. The challenge isn’t in the child, it’s in creating environments and relationships where they can thrive.
My Approach
Whether it’s through tutoring, parent coaching, or my therapy dog Mishka’s calming presence, my approach is always:
Person-centred, flexible and inclusive
Multi-sensory, fun and practical
Grounded in evidence-based methods
Delivered with warmth, humour, and compassion
Contact me and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.
My mission is to help neurodiverse children and their families rediscover their confidence, creativity, and joy in learning and living.
