Helping you work with your brain, not against it

Executive function challenges affect more than just school or work. They touch every part of daily life.

Whether it’s organisation, time management, emotional regulation, or feeling overwhelmed, my coaching helps clients of all ages build practical tools and lasting confidence.

As a certified ADHD Works Coach, I am trained in specialist ADHD and executive function coaching. This, combined with years of experience supporting neurodivergent clients, means I offer a compassionate and highly personalised service. My aim is not just to give quick fixes but to help you create lasting change.

What is executive function coaching?

Executive function coaching is not tutoring or therapy. It is a practical, goal-focused process that helps you:

  • Understand how your brain works – identifying strengths and challenges.

  • Develop personalised strategies for organisation, focus and emotional self-management.

  • Build habits and systems that make everyday life feel less chaotic.

This approach can be transformative for:

  • Children with ADHD or executive function difficulties

  • Young adults about to go to university or start a new job who have challenges creating structure on their own to meet deadlines and manage work loads

  • Adults managing ADHD at work or in their personal lives

  • People with disordered eating due to neurodiversity

How Sessions Work

For children and young people
Sessions are engaging, using real-life examples to build skills like planning, prioritising and emotional regulation. Parents are included in the process where helpful, so strategies can be supported at home.

For students and young adults
Sessions offer a collaborative space to identify challenges, set realistic goals, and establish practical systems that fit your lifestyle. Especially helpful for those who are about to start university or a new job to help prepare for upcoming transitions.

Supporting disordered eating in neurodivergent clients

As an optional add-on, I also offer support around disordered eating and neurodiversity, drawing on specialist training with NEDDE (Neurodiversity & Eating Disorders). For some clients, coaching sessions can gently explore the overlaps between ADHD, emotional regulation, and food-related challenges, always with compassion and at your own pace.
